How do I add a family member to my account?

Children (under 18)

You can add a family member under the age of 18 to your account. You will be able to manage their profile and book appointments in their name, but they must be accompanied by an adult during appointments.

You can create a child profile by adding them to your account under the Me section of your profile.

1. Tap Add family member below your name
2. Enter their details in the fields provided
3. Tap Done

Adults (over 18)

You can invite a family member over the age of 18 to join Babylon, but they will need their own account. You will not be able to book appointments for them or view their personal details.

To invite a family member over 18

1. Tap on the Me icon at the bottom right of the app
2. Tap Add family member below your name
3. Enter their details in the fields provided, including an email address that is not associated with your account.
4. Tap Done. They will receive an invitation to finish creating their account with the email address you provided.
