After a Babylon provider sends the prescription to your preferred pharmacy, you are typically able to collect it from the chosen location within an hour.
I am at the pharmacy and my prescription is not here. What can I do?

Although it's rare, we sometimes have technical issues that delay us in sending over your prescription information to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy cannot find the information for your prescription, please call our Support team at 1 (800) 475-6168 and they will ensure that it is sent over promptly.
