Once we receive your results, they will be reviewed by our in-house provider team. One of our nurses will then be in touch with you directly to share the results or arrange a follow-up.
In the event that you miss a call from one of the nurses about your results, please contact our Support team at 1 (800) 475-6168 and a representative will connect you.
If you have not been contacted after two to four business days after visiting the lab and would like to follow up, please get in touch with our Support team. While they cannot discuss the results, they can confirm whether the results have been received.
