You’ll get an incoming video call from the health care provider. Please allow a few minutes for them to call.
You will need to be logged in to the Babylon app, but you don’t need to have the app open to receive the call.

Turn on notifications to get appointment reminders
We recommend turning on notifications so we can send you appointment reminders. Go to your phone’s settings. To turn on notifications, follow these steps:
- Go to Notifications > Babylon
- Make sure notifications are turned on
You will receive a push notification reminding you about your appointment five minutes before it starts.
