In most cases, the health care provider will call you within a few minutes of your booked appointment time. Occasionally things outside a health care provider's control can cause a delay, such as needing to take longer with another patient. Whenever possible, we’ll let you know if your health care provider is going to be more than a few minutes late.
If you aren't able to wait, we recommend canceling your appointment and booking for another time. You will not be charged for the canceled appointment.
You can book a new appointment yourself or, if you want to see the same health care provider, contact our Support team at 1 (800) 475-6168 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In rare situations, your health care provider might have to cancel the appointment. If this happens, our Support team will contact you to reschedule the appointment.
