Is Babylon’s telemedicine service available in my state?
Currently, our telemedicine services through the Babylon App are only available through certain insurance plans in the following states:

Can I use Babylon’s telemedicine service outside of my home state?
Our telemedicine service is only available in your home state*. You are only permitted to book a telemedicine appointment for a time when you will be physically located in your home state.
*Please note that this does not apply to certain commercial plans in California and New Mexico. Please contact our support team at 1 (800) 475-6168 to verify if you can be seen out of state.
