To request a referral to a specialist, please book a digital appointment with one of our health care providers.
If a referral is required, our Support team will send you a copy of the referral for you to review and use as needed. If you are part of a family account, the Support team will call you with directions on accessing your referral through an encrypted platform.
Please note that some health insurance plans do require the referral be sent to your primary care physician to be processed.
